Quick Q about the used car dealerships in GT4

As I understand these rotate in in-game ‘weeks’. But I’m wondering, does a new game always start at week 1?

i.e. whenever you start a new game will you always see the same line-up, or is it randomised in any way?

Yes, a new game always starts on day 1, and so the used car list is always the same, as with GT1 and GT2.

GT5 is the first game to vary it, with the list starting at a randomised point based on the MAC address of the console, and GT PSP did the exact same.

Different accounts on the same console got different lists. The same account on different consoles got different lists.
