Quick Questions.

I've got just a few quick questions which would help me and I think many other new people to the game. What cars are recommended as base cars for A-Spec:

Amateur
Professional
Expert
Extreme

Simply because I have no idea about what to spend my money on or whether to just upgrade my current cars. (Sorry new to the game)

What do you mean by "base cars"? If it's a truck event, then use a truck. If it's the formula GT event, use that. If it's an American only event, use an American car. You can't use a single car and win everything.

Just make a list of cars you HAVE to buy, and buy the fastest ones for open events.

For the most part, I found that I didn't need to buy too many cars at all. If you take the races in order and work on your A spec & B spec then you will receive prize cars that you can use to get pretty deep into the game.

Check out this link to help plan your buying. Also, it's good to check the list before making a used car purchase as I have seen quite a few cars I just wanted (not necessarily to advance myself in the game) and then noticed that I would receive them later on so I was able to save my funds.

Like others said though you will have to buy some cars. For example, you will never receive a Ferrari as a prize car so you will have to buy one to complete the Ferrari only race. Edit: I suppose there is a random chance you could receive one with a Level X gift card, but I'm not sure. The cars you receive from these certificates are new, but I'm not sure if they are from the new car dealership.

the gallardo will help you in a lot of events, european, italian, gallardo event etc..
