What is the quickest/fastest non super car in game?

Can not be:
nissan
a super car
a hyper car
any lm
a tc
a fx/x1

Has to be:
road legal

It has a Nissan sourced engine but isn't a Nissan.
It has a price tag that doesn't match it's performance in being less than $100k.
I believe that makes it a non-supercar by some definitions.
It's road legal and matches all of the remaining criteria.

It is my opinion that the ZZII is a supercar. It's also my opinion that the ZZII is the greatest performance bargain in the game... better than the GT-R and better than the Z06 & ZR1.
