R.I.P George Carlin

A legend has passed away, folks.

His final concert, "It's Bad For Ya! or The Parade of Useless Bull****," is unreleased as of yet, but I am sure it will be out soon.

His comedy meant a lot to me, in that after seeing him perform (both on video and live), the way I view the world around me, specifically government and organized religion, was profoundly changed forever.

To my shame, I'd never knowingly heard any of his stuff before now, but thankfully the combination of YouTube and a force nine hangover have furnished me with the opportunity to rectify this situation... spent the last hour or so listening to what I can find of him on YouTube and the neighbours must be wondering what the hell I am doing... (I am listening to it via headphones and my flat is otherwise silent)... Now I can see what all the fuss was about!
