You have to buy the cars new (Premium) and install the Race Modification yourself.

Try doing a searchbefore starting a new thread, questions like this one have been answered many times over. Also, you might want read over the AUP, most importantly:

• You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.
