RACEtv: Here's GTRacer22, driver of the #22 VitaminWater Chevy. How do you feel about today's race?
GTRacer22: Eh, we were in the back all day, just tried to stay out of trouble and get some SR.. Errr... Points. We qualified bad and just couldn't make anything out of it.
RACEtv: Thoughts on
@GranTurismo916's crash?
GTRacer22: I'm glad he's okay, I watched the replay, and he took a hard hit. I really had nowhere to go and felt bad for turning him around, but I had nowhere to go. We got a tad bit of damage but it was fine, really.
RACEtv: What about when
@The Bman blew up and
@RACECAR collected into him?
GTRacer22: Once again, just a case of nowhere to go. There was oil all over and it was hard to get the car slowed down enough to be able to avoid the wreck completely. We just nudged in a bit, but the car was still fine.
RACEtv: Is the bad blood between you and
@RACECAR all gone?
GTRacer22: Eh, he didn't do anything dumb this week, but we'll see come Texas. I'm personally fine with him at the moment, but who knows what the future brings.
RACEtv: You were involved in both of the major Auto Club accidents this season. Do you think this one was worse than the testing accident?
GTRacer22: Not at all. The testing crash was way worse. Though its rather unfortunate that many of the same people were involved in both crashes.
RACEtv: How do you feel about Michelin as a tire provider for Texas?
GTRacer22: I'm all for it, I think Michelin will do great. However, the Goodyear contingency with Michelin tires will look a bit hokey. Also, Goodyear's 'Support The Troops' tires do look better than the new Michelin 'Stop The Violence' tires, in my opinion.
RACEtv: Alright, thanks for your time, GT.
GTRacer22: My pleasure.
