Japanese or a clever way to bypass swear filter?

If people seriously have a burning passion to remove the race name, pm me? Save the drama? I figured that we wouldn't have a problem with this, as it's more of a joke than anything. Figured it'd be better than something like the "Lone Star 200" or something.

I don't since I started it. Some people don't like it. Good thing they aren't in VRR if they're that against it.

After a quick Google search- As I said before, Furry =/= nonAup friendliness. FurAffinity has plenty of clean, AUPfriendly drawings, paintings ect. Much like Derpibooru and DeviantArt, it's got cute, funny art. Browse with filters people :)

ok I admit that I went too far, but my thoughts still stand. It's your own fetish/passion so I don't see why you have to have references made to it. There's plenty of clean anime girl artists but I'm not asking for those to become sponsors...?

But it isn't illegal or wrong, which is the point. It's the precedent. It's saying "this is how far we can go" without coming out and saying that directly. That being said, if you wanted to lobby for anime as a race sponsor, he wouldn't be able to argue against it without AUP interference really. It was meant as a joke and should really not be taken so seriously. Didn't realize the majority of the people in here were that conservative.
 
To be fair, I have no clue what the premise of the joke is. So I really don't care.

Okay. But he runs this series. He has the ability to do as he pleases as long as it falls within the range of the AUP. Whether you like it or not, it's legal. It's not forcing you to go to that website and look, it's not anything more than a fictional race event being held as humor and entertainment. If you can't overlook a race title, you are as picky as they come.

Joke is: Texas is VERY conservative. FurAffinity (the thing ruffling a Kiwi in the series) is the exact opposite of what Texas is seen to be.

Most people don't care! Most people are okay with it because they have the common sense to put 2 and 2 together. For the few that are really that overly sensitive, what did you expect from a brony/furry? Lack of logic is building.

It started out as a miscommunication that was never actually cleared up. Then SVX starts ranting with the "End the Oppression of the Covered Eyes" jargon and now we're here. Joke was to match a race in a very religious or protective state (Texas) with a sponsor that is about free browsing and "at your own risk" exploration (FurAffinity). It's ironic humor.

One's your team boss so that isn't surprising. And it really is. That's how it started was based on what he wanted to do.
 
Honestly, the humorous part of watching this is to see who exactly would fit in living in Texas. Being in it isn't quite so fun because you know, using middle school terms is something I haven't had to do for a while, but looking back and reading is entertaining.
Sorry for double post, was hoping I could time it right again.

I didn't know there was really a joke behind it either, I'm not a furry personally nor an American so I wouldn't have the slightest clue as to Texas being a furry state or whatever.
 
I'm not going to side with anyone here. All I've got to say is people can have their own likes and dislikes and opinions and so on. There's nothing wrong with what another persons opinions are on a topic. Free speech, people. Seriously.

I normally wouldn't care but 1) That would be as aggressive of a statement as I would think to make which shouldn't have surprised to have had a retort from someone. 2) It's been stated in this thread before, which sends me to pointing game of not paying attention when that was first discussed. I'm not necessarily sorry for being defensive.
