Race on user created or shared tracks?

i have created several tracks and have downloaded others from other players, but I can't see anywhere to race on them other than by myself in a free run.

Is it possible to race other users or computer cars?

Yes, on the track selection screen, there should be a section named "User Created Tracks". All those tracks should be right there.

Online, arcade mode and free run is available for these tracks.

Although online, the lobby has to be opened on that track, then you can't change track without creating another lobby. If a lobby is opened on a vanilla track, then you can't select an user created track.
