It was also sold by Ford Australia. If there's only one car they may as well call it Tickford (like in GT3). That would be like if a new XR8 V8 Supercar was in game and it was the only Aussie Ford and the marque was Ford Performance Racing.
Also, I never hoped for new V8 Supercars in GT6 when I saw Bathurst, because I just expected it. I've learned my lesson about PD now. I don't know why they put the AU in anyway, as far as I know the VT/VX was far more dominant. (AU as in AU Falcon not Australia)
