Racing at night with headlights off?

It's impossible to turn the headlights of a car off, but it is possible to drive a car without headlights at night (only NASCAR's, F1's, and karts).

The HKS Lancer, Chaparral 2J and Toyota 7 don't have headlights either. But every time I take a kart to a track that has time change, it says I can't take it there So you must be taking it to SSR5 or SSR7 right?

Certain tuned cars have no headlights too. The Amuse Carbon R has no working headlights I think, and the HKS EVO TT car.

i used to run 20 lap of hell races. thats nascar on sarthe at night in rain on comfort hard, or on nurb. there are a few non lighted cars.
