Racing line question

My grandson brought his PS4 and this game, GT Sport.

I notice the racing line is yellow or orange, whatever color it is and when you get close to a corner you get a worded warning to brake but the racing line itself does NOT change color like previous GT and Forza, right?

Is there a way to make the line go from one color to another as you approach the corner, suggesting it is time to brake?

Currently no - the only way to know when to brake is to use the "brake" light which will start blinking when you approach the corner :) (Not sure how the exact name of this assist is but you can enable it from the settings where you can turn off/on the racing line and cones)

Thanks.

Should be used mainly as a guide for braking first. Also using cones is a great option for braking (the 2 double lined cones and singles cones for turning and hitting apexes).

Make sure you enable the cones in the various options... these will work well as brake markers for race cars (but you need to brake well before them in road cars).

Just be aware that the cones can be knocked around the track and then basically assault you if you run over them, if you are unlucky enough some strange crashes can happen. So you will want to turn them off again after learning the tracks.
