No it hasn't they decided to leave it out for some reason.

No,the worst decision was leaving out the MPH option in the PAL version  We just don't use KPH in the UK.
1 plus side to having to use KPH is the fact it makes my Toyota Yaris seem a lot faster when i take a look at the speedo :D

Welcome aboard, liverj00!

In the original GT, and in GT2, the vast majority of production cars had a 'racing modifications' option where the car was converted from a production car to a racing car - weight, rigidity and other things were done to it.

The biggest alteration was visually, the car went from normal paint to being covered in sponsorship decals.

You can't adjust the downforce settings on every car. Some have adjustable downforce, and all the racing cars do, but not many of the street cars.

Good example is the R34 Skyline - rear wing is adjustable on the street car.

Polyphony didn't decide to leave out the racing modifications for no reason ya know. It took them approximately 2 weeks to model each car in the game, whereas in GT2 it took them about 1 day. This is because of the vast difference in look and detail the cars in GT3 possess over the cars in GT2. So if they decided to include all the racing mods, that would've taken even more time to model each car. This is also why there are so much more cars in GT2 than in GT3.

I didn't think about it that way, so i guess in that case its understandable why they left it out. In fact I'd rather it not been on than wait yet another few months for them to go through and do the racing mods.
