What racing series do you want added the most?

  • DTM

  • BTCC

  • WTCC

  • Indy Car (Comfirmed)

  • Nascar

  • Japanese Super GT

  • Formula E

  • Le Man Series (European & American)

Maybe I haven't watched them enough, but I find BTCC to be an absolute yawn-fest. Who wants to watch little FWD 4 cylinder hatch backs race around when you can have RWD V8s hitting close to 300km/h!

I picked V8 supercars by the way... :)
It's a cultural thing. These are the cars we see on our streets every day, but tuned to the hilt

Same for you no doubt, with your great big Holdens and Fords everywhere? I like V8SC btw :D

Voted WTCC for we are in desperate need for some real touring cars), but if it was in the pool, i would have chosen the original Superstars V8 serie (the v8 supercar copied part of the format).

Me too but there are only so many times you can go up and down Mount bloody Panorama. (Yeah, I know V8SC has overseas events.)

Voted DTM, but if I had 2 more choices, BTCC and WTCC would be chosen too, in no particular order. Btw, DTM and SuperGT are merging (this still going through?). Now that will be a fantastic series.

I read somewhere that they are merging for 2 races, not like the whole complete series, they will race in their own series and then come together for a few 'One off' races so to speak.

If you want DTM and WTCC seasons, go check RaceRoom Racing Experience, it has both series and it's really well made from what I can tell. They changed the physics lately too, didnt had time to try it yet tho.

Alright... Who did it? Who voted for Formula E? :irked:

I went with Nascar ,because its the most watched MotorSport in the world and poorly represented thus far in the game ,Also would it be ironic to ask for some trucks ?

Where did you get your information, because it's inaccurate. The most-watched motorsport series is F1 by a comfortable margin.

From here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sports_attendance_figures where it states that F1 has the highest average attendance but Nascar has the highest overall attendance figures

Unable to find what worldwide viewing figures are
Doesn't attendance just mean more people turned up to watch Nascar live? It doesn't take into account people watching it on TV.

Sports Business Daily estimates Nascar viewing figures to be around 5.8 million.

The Daily Mail estimates Formula 1 viewing figures to be around 425 million.

Unless TV viewers don't count then F1 is the most watched motorsport series.

That's a fair point. Although it's more the philosophy of V8 + RWD rather than 4 cylinder + FWD that I'm a fan of. I'm not particularly fussed on Holdens and Fords (I drive an m3) but the V8 Supercars is a great series to watch. They look good, sound great, and big power through the rear wheels with bugger all downforce makes for very exiting racing :)
