I recently bought the Radical just for the Leno Trophy and tried it for the first time today at Bathurst...

What the šŸ¤¬ is wrong with that car?! Its impossible to even keep in a straight line, it feels like driving a mobile seasaw! Arent Radicals supposed to be planted and should feel lightweight and nimble?!

Seriously, the Elise at Suzuka was bad, but this is miles worse. Is there anything I have to do to make it even remotely driveable? :crazy:
 
the stock radical is a real blast for me... react very predictable, very sharp and brakeon a dime... at least with my wheel (DFGT)
 
its just bad physics, according to this game cars that are absolutely planted to the track (such as the GT cars) handle like shopping trolleys on an oil slick

Have you actually driven any of the GT1 or GT3 race cars? Because they don't slide around much at all unless you're mashing the throttle where you shouldn't be.

I've worked with such cars since I was 16, quite a few of the exact cars I've worked on (some of which i've driven) are in the actually game, trust me when I say you would have to be a colossal idiot to get one of these into a spin on fresh rubber.
 
Fresh rubber? I think it would be easy to spin on cold tyres...
 
Brainfade surely you then would be able to tune them to how they should feel, considering tuning has a massive effect on how the car handles?

Tell me, what do you think of GT5/Forza'a physics?

You realise you just completely contradicted yourself there? - Shopping trolleys on an oil slick/collosal idiot to get them to spin.

Sorry if I don't 'trust' you... :P

I don't even...what relation does that have to anything I've said? And you can spin an F1 car on fresh rubber, let alone a GT-class racer. Again, what relation does that have to anything I've said above your post?

Physics is bad, that's it. If you like it then fine, no need to convince anybody otherwise. Even the developers said it's in between shift1 and GT5, that exactly where it's at. Instead of "Elite" they should have called it "Half Elite".
