It doesn't in real life, so why would it in the game? In fact, my car is usually dirtier after it rains than it was before.

Never saw a dirty car, which was clean after rain. Fact is, that is gets much more dirty than before. Streets and tracks are not clean like a hospital, but always covered with dirt. And wet dirt gets sticky, so it sticks to the car much easier.

In GT5, your cars get dirty much faster than in dry races.

Rain just puts more crap on my car. You're being sprayed with road grit from everyones tires, every time you go through a puddle etc.

If you park your car out in the rain it might get a little bit cleaner, but not driving.

hmmm raining out side ill just go put soapy water on my car and let the rain wash it off....

Yeah, rain gives the car more grime, i noticed it in my new Camaro pictures, one picture near the begining shows it clean, then by the end of the second lap, the whole side is dirty and duller.

Water - Soap = a simple hosing off.

Now, if it rained soapy water, then your car might get cleaner. Provided that you don't fly off the track from the lack of grip.

Edit: Unconfirmed reports state that Bernie Eccelestone is considering Soapy Water races to make F1 more intersting. Film at 11!

Actually, the dirt is washed away, and filtered by the PS3 through its power cable. It occassionally backs up into the CPU, causing it to lock up and fail. That's why you have add dish soap via a USB drive every few days. If that doesn't work, just go outside and stare at the sun; after all, it's only the size of a quarter (hold one up and compare).

Posh! Stop spreading misinformation!

Everyone knows you clean the PS3 by spraying WD40 (or Pledge furniture polish... forget which) through the disc slot!

You can plug a direct cable lead to the wall socket into the USB port to speed up the process.

I thought that to clean the PS3 you had to add gasoline to the disc slot and then put it in the sun for 12 hours?
