Rain in arcade races

Yeah, just curious. I know I can turn off rain in online races, but is there any option to turn off rain in arcade races like in online?

No, sir. Weather and time change are restricted to certain tracks.

If you're trying to do the Nurburgring with no rain so you can see the change of time, i guess it's about hoping the rain doesn't come.

That really makes me mad that they combined the two. Oy!

lol i edited my reply and added the answer to your question without knowing you asked it

it's not so bad though. the slick the rain gives the tires is less drastic on tracks with both, weather and time change, than in tracks that are primarily Rain races.
