Rally Base Car?

So I just completed the Beginner stage of Gran Turismo Rally and was awarded a Rally Base Car. Once I accepted I ended up with a Ford Focus ST170 '03. Is this award given at random from a pool of base cars or something? If so, post what you received (Can't be worse than what I got).
 
LOL, feel sorry for you mate. I got the Ford Focus RS, in a beautiful blue color.
 
I got some sort of Evo if I recall.
 
I got a Subie, not sure which one. I'll check later.
 
I got the Evo IV. Seems like you get a random car from a group of potential rally cars. Too bad a lot of them are FF though.
 
All of you think yourselves lucky, I got a Daihatsu Cuore...
 
The Cuore would of been a good rally car if they had the right year.
I bought the 2009 C30 T5 and gave it lower suspension. sport exhaust and a diffuser. kind of illegal for modern FIA regs since it's a 2.5L :D
 
The "Rally Base Car" i was awarded was the Alpine A110 1600S '73, must've bean real lucky to get that :D

I just finished it and with 2 Golds and a Bronze I got a black C4 VTS.
 
I got an Impreza WRX STi Version VI.

In Cashmere Yellow.
 
I got a Lancer Evolution VII GT-A.
 
I got a 206. I think it means cars which have rally spec counter parts. I thought this meant my car could get a rally racing modification, sadly that did not turn out to be the case. :indiff:
 
I got a Lancia Stratos, in black. I think I win :D
 
An Evo, which with minimal tinkering blitzed the intermediate Rally events.

I got an '83 Lancer EX1800GSR, no idea if that's good or bad but it'll do me just fine!
 
I got a Mini Cooper S, not a bad car, but rally???
 
I got a '98 Impreza :) However I already have a '07 Impreza which I bought so I'll be using that instead.
