Doing the rallys is a waste of time. You don't get much and no car. The highest paaying race in the rallys is the Pikes Peak Hill Climb against the Escudo which is kinda hard....unless you use an Escudo. Anyway, rally racing in GT2 sucks.
yes, disappointing. but its still nice to be able to have rally cars AND rally them. it is also a lot of fun to slap dirt tyres on the most unlikely cars (Nismo, RUF's, Demio, GT40, etc) and go play in the dirt. it would be nice ot have snow tracks though
but i still have fun drifting on Tahiti Maze i can take my WRX STi Version VI out there and have some fun. i don't know how many corners there are but i can say i did a lot of drifting.
When you're sick of all the tracks you've run hundreds of times, it's nice going to the rally courses for something new. Now, if only I could get the AI to do more than one lap...
For those of you out there with GT3 if you want an interesting rally esperience...Try the FTO LM. It is awsome in the dirt Just keep the horsepower to Stage 1 or stock or you will be the donut king.
Even though you don't win any new cars I still love to drive rally style. Anything goes when rallying, and it is so much fun to drift around the turns at 90-100 miles per hour.
