Are there any events besides from the special challenges that give you money and progress from Rally? I was just curious as I have aquired an Impreza Rally Car '01 and would like to use it!
Unfortunately no. Your chlices are limited to online racing, special events (gt rally and the loeb rally challenge), and the occasional seasonal, which even at that may bar you from using that nifty rally car youve acquired.

You could join our tuning challenge as a tester for some fun with Rally cars. Affraid you wouldn't rack up many credits, but you would get to drive some of the best rally car tunes on GTP. Plus, all test drivers earn a prize car from me.
