So today my motor Blew up or locked up (8/11/13). I was driving and start hearing a ticking noise. Then white smoke came out and boom it was dead. One thing I noticed when I popped the hood is that the oil stick was deattached with part of this metal. Only conclusion I come up is that I ran out of OIL.

NOW. I got a oil change at CARX Friday (8/9/13). He did tell me I leaked oil but I knew that when I bought the car and I would put oil in it and it would last me 7 months. I remember putting oil in it in Janurary and I'm just getting low now. He even told me it was not that bad.

Yesterday (8/10/13) when I was driving I had heard something fall off my Car. I tried checking what was it but couldn't find out what it was but it had to be something with my oil....

Now I'm about to call them tomorrow to see if they can do something about this. If anything would they attempt to repair my engine or no?

You have probably run the bearings on the crank shaft. Not an easy fix. How often do you check the oil?

When you got the oil change, they may have forgotten the drain plug or either not re-installed it or the oil filter correctly. You'll probably need to have another mechanic look at it and document the findings in writing. If it was a failure at the place that did the oil change, go talk to them (don't act angry or crazy. Just explain what happened and what you found). They may offer to cover the cost of a new engine.

Would check it once a week. Always checked it fridays during my lunch breaks.

Ok, that's just my fear though. I feel as if they don't help me cover it. I will act angry or crazy.

If that's the case and you didn't do the oil change you can sue them so they replace the engine.

Pretty much it.
For sure, don't go into this with a cocky law threatening attitude either. That usually just makes matters worse. If indeed the findings do point back to CARX fault ... loose drain plug, loose filter, left the old gasket on the block and double gasketed it, yeah, then you've a leg to stand on against them. Make sure you talk to the manager in charge, not one of the technicians about what happened and how they intend to handle the situation. Names, names, names, keep track of them, also the time and date that you spoke to them. Keep accurate documentation of everything.

Photographs are also worth a thousand words as well. It's the best form of documentation for your defense.

Update on the case: car x claims they tightened everything up and say my connecting rod blew the motor. Which is what fell off the 8/10/13 they are assuming.

But my other mechanic says thsts not possible because he asked if I had puddle of oil underneath my car and I said no. He said that's because you had no oil. Meaning they didnt screw something on tight.

I'm wondering what actions should I do now. Plz respond quickly it will help a lot.

Of course they are going to say they did everything right. They will not openly admit to their wrong doing. Have you let CARX know that another mechanic looked at it and confirmed that this was (possibly) their screw up ? Let me ask you something. When you left CARX, was your engine oil light on ? If equipped with a gauge, was there any oil pressure ? Was there any noises emitting from the engine ? If yes to the noises or pressure indicators or both, then they forgot to put oil in it. That has been known to happen. How about the filter, is it loose ? Is the drain plug tight ?

Pics man, take pics. This is your evidence, along with a true story that correlates. Approach them (CARX) and see what they tell you and how do they intend to handle it.

I had checked if they're was oil before I left. It was full. I did hear noises though the second day which lead to something falling.

I told them that I had 3 Mechanics actually look at it. One literally came from the highway I was stuck at to ask me if I needed help. He looked at it and I explained what happened. He told me most likely they didn't tighten something that pertains with my oil.

Yea we talked to them shortly after I posted this and we wrote the attorney general or something similar to that. They will respond to us in seven days. YES I even talked to another Car X that worked on my car 3 months ago. They told me its kinda impossible that the connecting rod would come off like that. It would need some lubricate (oil I'm guessing) to stay on and for that reason I ran out of oil but they keep saying its cause my car has a bunch of miles my connecting rod just popped or fell off.

I'm just worried since I didn't take any pictures before I sent the car they may attempt some dirty actions. So I'm asking my insurance company to tow it back to my house.

Check for the drain plug. A lot of times oil change places will just throw it back on with a power took, stripping the threads on the pan. Then through vibrations from driving, the plug falls out and so does the oil.

Definitely wouldn't be a first for it happening.
