Rankings Boards not working

Anyone having problems getting their times back on the circuit experience or mission challenges/licence leaderboards since they reset all the rankings boards? Since the update, I haven't been able to get my times back on there. This is because they didn't also reset our personal best "My Record" times. So unless you beat your personal best which is still stored on the system, it doesn't let you back on the leaderboards! It's been like this since the first time they reset the leaderboards.... which is a joke! At least 6 months of not being able to compare best times with friends on circuit experience of Mission challenges. My friends leaderboard is completely blank because none of us can beat our previous personal best times or "My Record" times.

Anyone know how to delete your "My record" times? Anyone having the same issue??

You can see on this video how my times aren't getting put on the leaderboards...
 
The Daily races work fine, they reset the leaderboards each week, and it doesn't store your "my record" times in those... so there is no problem. But I had some great times on some of those circuit experience tracks/segments and even though they reset the boards because of a physics update, my personal bests are still stored in the game (displayed above the ranking boards) so its preventing the friends ranking boards or even the Top Stars boards from accepting new times that you do. ITS A JOKE!!!!!

Anyone know a way around this???
