Yes, it is standard - if you didn't know that then that's fine, it's also not rare, which is also fine. And if you came across it in the Used Car Dealership then it's not really worth much.
If however you got it from a level ticket (blue coloured) or Birthday ticket with a certain year (brown coloured) then it would be a tad more valuable, but still not rare.
