Rare Lancer?

Is the Lancer Evolution VII GT-A '02 a rare car. Its the first time I've seen one, so I bought it for $32,811. Im assuming its not a rare car due to such a low price tag. I have no picture of it cause every time I download a picture on here it says invalid file. But anyways, is it rare?
 
No car is "rare." Don't fret it, though. It's only 33k so enjoy it for what it is, a nice Evo.

It is a nice Evo. It does not really look like the Evo IIV. Its flater around the front and nose of the car. Nice multi spoke BBS's alloys, and I nice pearl white paint.
 
The Evo VII GT-A was the first Lancer Evo fitted with an automatic gearbox ( a 5 speed in fact), so in reality was probably rarer that the GSR. In real life the car had an engine that was detuned slightly from the one in the standard Evo VII GSR. In GT5 the car appears to have an identical engine to the GSR.

I noticed that the gear box was automatic. And it was the first Evo to have a paddle shift automatic thats why I thought maybe it was rare and that and the fact that it was the first one I saw.
 
I've been collecting Lancers since day one and I've come across it a couple of times in the UCD. The only 2 Lancers I'm missing is the Lancer Evolution IV Rally Car '97 and the Lancer 1600 GSR Rally Car '74.

Rarity rating for that car on Mygranturismo.net is a 7, possibly because not many people bother to either keep one or buy one. (1 being common as air, 10 being elusive as rocking horse poop) But as others have already said, no car is truly rare, with the possible exceptions of the ones that you can only get from winning certain events.

Based on the MGT rarity rating system, the Sirion X4 is pretty rare! (rated 9)

My current 10's include Ford GT '02, Honda NSX '90 & '93, Honda S2000 Type V '01 (EU & US), Infiniti FX45 Concept, Mitsubishi CZ3 Tarmac Road Version, Mitsubishi i Concept, Nissan 370z GT Academy and one of the most common cars on British roads, the Vauxhall Vectra!!! (I have others but they're really not worth mentioning, as some of them are truly awful!)
