It's a Ford Contour SVT, so you're sort of right since the Contour was UK's Mondeo reworked a bit for the US market. The Mondeo equivilant I think is the Ford Mondeo ST200.

Anyway, 7/10 for the modded Impreza WRX sti. I like the car, but I don't like stance that much.

Looks like a Tommy Kaira? I get it, its proportion seems tiny and compact, especially in that picture.
