6/10. The original Monte Carlo has always struck me as one of GM's better designs of the 1970s. It manages to look formal and muscular at the same time. However, that medium blue color isn't the best fit for the car (a darker blue or black would work well).
6/10. Those modifications are pretty typical, given the standards for a Bel Air. The blue is too bright for me, but nonetheless it's still a sharp looking car.
