That's twice you've done that to me now. There was no rating and there was no submission to further the game; treating the response as such is inappropriate and I expect it won't happen again.
0/10 for the previously unrated model NSX simply because, as a vehicle (which is to say a means of transportation of persons or goods), it's terribly impractical given that it lacks capacity and a means of propulsion.
As an aside, it's probably best to restrict the political commentary to the O&CE forums.
