With permission from series founder Silver-Sylph I am relaunching the ITCC under the RCS banner. We will run two classes with the Civic race mod vs. the Golf race mod in the Gasoline class, and the CR-Z touring car being the Hybrid class. Gas cars will run at 276 HP and 980 kg while the Hybrid will run 226 HP and 1000 kg. Cars are to be prepared as shown below. Power figures will change as the cars are driven, Horsepower must be in check with room regulation for your class.

Rules
Racers are expected to race fairly, if you're holding someone up who is a lap ahead you are to let them pass...
On rolling start races you are to hold your qualifying position, if you fail to do so you will start from pit road .
If you spin on the pace lap, you start from the back of the field.
If you cause someone damage on the pace lap, you will stay in your pit box until every car passes you after they complete lap 1.
There will be one mandatory pit stop in each race, and it must be taken before the white flag. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 90 second time penalty.
Rolling starts:
The green flag is out when the leader crosses the start/finish line, you also must not move out of your lane until you cross the start/finish line. If you jump a start you must give back all positions you gained, failure to do so will result in a penalty at steward's discretion. Repeat offenders will be given stronger penalties.
Race Format
We will run two races each week except in the season finale. The first race will be a rolling start, the second will be a standing start with a reverse grid of the first. The starting order for the first race of the first week will be set by a 5 lap qualifying race, while the first race of the other weeks will be the reverse of the point standings.
