Re-do Engine resto and frame resto

So my nismo 400r is my favorite car in the game, so i figured i would give it the old tune up. I paid the 96,000 to do the engine restore and frame restore. I took it out on a run to see how it would do. I got the same times i did the run before it needed it.

Then to my surprise, i took it back to see how much it would cost to do the restores again, and it was 96,000 again. I didnt bump anything or crash it at all, how could it cost so much after 1 3 minute race...im not doing it again

The restores are always available unless you haven't driven it since you; won it, brought it new from the dealership or last restored it.
The restores always cost a fixed rate, no matter how much damage/wear taken.
