reaching lvl 40 question

Just about to hit level 40 on bspec (well i will tomorrow i think)

Do you get a ticket for reaching this or is the ticket only released when you finish the top tier of races i.e the endurance ones.

I still have the 2 24hr races to do on bspec.

Can anyone confirm please?
