The look of the menu is great. The fact all cars are now locked arent so great. I actually prefered the old repair menu too. The racing seems slightly improved when it comes to the ai too

So I have the McLaren and I now have 169 gold. I was saving up for the Agera R, but it's now locked because of the stupid update!!! Grrrr

Has anybody else noticed the game not saving progress? I did 5races and 2time trials this morning, and quit the game after. Just loaded up to do another time trial and my progress from this morning is missing

Has anyone got the Agera R? I'm currently saving up for it, and wondered if it was worth it?

Also the Porsche 918 spyder, not the race livery one, is that worth it's money?

so I gave in to the jail break on my phone, and the cloud save feature that enables me to get all the gold I want, and transfer it to the superior device, the new iPad.

I now have all the cars, and all cars upgraded, and it's awesome.

The Agera R is fast!!!!

Yes, I will admit too that I did a hack but didn't require jailbreaking. Have you tried the Zonda R and Huayra with all upgrades? If so, tell me what they're like because I like the Paganis so much.

I haven't drove them yet, but I have them. I have a blast tomorrow, and let you know.

EDIT: Also, I had had a jailbroken iPhone for a little over a year now, but this is the first time I have got a app/hack that enables me to get something for free that should cost.

I feel awful.

Ok I have drove almost every car, fully upgraded, and by far the most impressive is this.

Absolutely amazing. Corners like its on rails.

I heard that this game is fun. Even though i can't play it. Is this true?

Yup, it is true since I start this game for update till shut down which get me stuck at 0.0% download. I am disappoint with this game, I'll stop play this till next update fix this issue.

Is anyone still playing? I gave in and downloaded it back in September (I think) and have had a 'meh, it's a good way to kill time'-hate relationship with it ever since, mostly hate because of how obviously the game is playing me rather than the other way around, but there isn't a better driving game on iOS right now. I'm currently trying to save R$360k or so in order to buy the Carrera RS when I unlock it (normally a shade under R$450k, so 20% off that should be 360k, right?) so I'm going back through all the previous series which I've mostly only completed 60-70% of. I worked out I can comfortably buy it if I so all the time trials I have left to do so today I've been dipping in and out of it a lot.

I don't get how people can say you don't need to spend money to complete the game, I have absolutely no idea where I'll get the gold I need for the gold-only cars (so far I have the Cobra, MP4-12C, ZR1 and... That might be it?) and it's pretty clear the game doesn't want you to gold the last two events in each series until you've gotten the gold-only upgrades for the best car. I love how you can tell whether or not the game is going to let you gold an event such as a speed snap by looking at the times to beat; if you have the 'right' car with the acceptable number of upgrades there's a .1mph difference between 1st and 4th place, but if the game wants you to spend more cash and possibly gold there'll be a 10mph difference and you'll struggle to finish 4th. Get the upgrades, try again and - what a surprise! - the gap has narrowed again. So you might finish all the series without spending real money, but you won't 100% them.

But until you hit one of these blatantly obvious and artificial progress blocks, it's a decent game. The graphics tech is amazing, it sounds better than a lot of racing games on any platform and it has more cars than most things this side of Gran Turismo. TSM is a total joke, I have yet to see a single opponent do anything differently to any other, 'time shifted multiplayer' apparently just means real time trial times and AI with real players' names. I don't understand why they made a big deal about it, it's utter rubbish.

Aaanyway.

Been awhile but I've recently started playing this on my phone and I think my time on my G27 has massively helped in being smooth with the steering. I could've sworn there was a way to turn off acceleration, but I can't remember where. Going to try it on my Toshiba (which has since replaced my last tablet) and see how much better it is on it. With the added benefit of having a HDMI port, that should go well.

Edit: Unfortunately, its not compatible with the Toshiba. Damn :indiff:
