Real weather

I've read some time ago before GT5 release, that if i play connected to psn and play on let's say Laguna seca the weather and the time were like in real life, if it rains will rain on laguna seca as well, if it's night/dawn it'll be the same in the game...
Did i get wrong or something?

as I remember - Kaz sayd, "it will be similar, but not precise."

but for now I dont see any of this..

BUT, that GT5 what we are all playing now, WILL NOT be the same after (lets say) a year, thats for sure, we will get alot of updates, we all se who play this game alot, lets all be real, just as Kaz sayd, it will never be finished, there are alot of great things already, but many of them can, and i hope will be, improved. The new era and stuff....
