What the recommended brake setup, I myself always run at 5 5, but some say 3 2 is a better setup. What do you guys think?

It comes down to personal preference in my opinion. Use what you feel comfortable with and that matches your style.

Well my style is late braking if thats considered a style. But would it be best to run a conventional 5 5 setup for the best lap time/ tire wire?

To clear up the question I guess, I'd just generally like to know what some fast drivers run?

I run a front bias on most of my cars, FF cars need a heavy rear bias. Sometimes a car needs a rear bias if it needs some help rotating even after it's been tuned. A 5 5 balance is never usually the best, but try a point higher in the front, and a point lower in the rear in an FR or MR car so 6 4 and see how it feels. Then reverse it and do it again. If need be, if you feel your tires are turning red under breaking too often (you favour late braking, so I presume you mean hard braking too) then drop a couple points, so 5 3 or 4 2.

But if you're using a tune from here: https://sites.google.com/site/gt6tunes/general I suggest that you use what they suggest even if it's a Praiano tune and it suggests 0 0. The tuners know what works best for their cars.

Okay thanks. But I don't know if braking is also a factor in this but I run the base model M3 gt car, and some how the front tire ware depletes faster then the rear, is the brakes to blame for this ?

It all depends on what track and what setup for that track and your driving style so I will say there is no recommend brake setup.

Probably not. I don't really care about brake balance in relation to tire wear. I use what feels comfortable in a race, the tires wear down whether I have the right brake balance or not.
