Redeeming car packs?

I finally got through the 11gb update, and when trying to redeem my car packs from my preorder and limited edition game I can't seem to get them in to my garage. On the PS Store it says that the packs are installed, but in game I only received the 1.55M in credit but no cars or silver helmet? What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated!
 
I bought the Steelbook version as well, and didn't have a code inside. Nor did I get any credits, the 8 car pack, or anything else that it was suppose to come with.

Mine worked for me and I didn't do anything other than redeem code.
 
What in the hell is going on here. I redeemed the codes the same way and nothing. Money but no cars and I've restarted everything.
 
I've uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, redownloaded the bonus packs, etc., and still can't them to show up in game.
 
i've purchased the collectors edition and mine had two redemption codes in it
i've received the cars to my knowledge (althought i didn't check if they were in the garage) and the credits

however i don't have the chrome helmet

was there a separate code for that? or is it included in one of the two codes?

reason why i ask is that i think i saw in someone's unboxing video on youtube having 3 separate redemption code flyers

i only had 2

I believe that there should have been only one code that gave all of the collectors edition perks. The other one would be just for standard preorder.
 
Loads of threads about this already. It seems no one has got the helmet, liveries or full quota of correct cars
 
I was able to get it to work. I went to [Notifications] and then clicked on one of the car packs. It launched GT Sport and then I was notified the cars and all the rest were added.
 
I have all vehicles applied except for the M4 & AMG safety cars + Peugeot HDI LMP. No chrome helmet available or dynamic theme but have all money awards... Tried everything even resetting licenses, anymore suggestions?

On day 2, my duplicates now tell me my license is invalid.

My reseller advised Sony are aware if this issue and fixed it. If you hadn’t applied the codes, apply them. If you did, you need to contact Sony PSN.

I did this yesterday; was advised that it will be escalated and I would get a phone call.

Waiting for my phone call.

Keep us posted once you receive call, I to have warnings saying I don't own licenses for certain duplicates...

Same for me, got all the other cars and money but not the safety cars or that peugeot...
 
I talked with the guys where I bought the game from and they said Sony is aware of this. They might receive some codes from Sony for those with physical copies ( I'm missing the Europe Car Pack DLC and chrome helmet) or the problem might be resolved by Sony online ( no need for other codes). They'll have more info in the following days. I'll post here if I resolve the problem.

UK steelbook, got all of the extras for that edition but no pre-order cars. Not overly worried as I have the Audi S1 and a few other group b so the only one I'm really missing is the R18.
 
Update to my previous post:

Got a call from Sony to confirm what they should have already known from my previous call.

Was advised Sony are working on a solution for all of us affected; but didn’t give any timeframes.

They also did mention that I may have received more credits than I should have. (Maybe as a sweetener). This I need to check.

Collectors credits < Digital + Steelbook credits.

Still have issue with duplicates

And glad I spent mileage points on safety cars!

Good to hear, hope I get surprised also when I'm back home later today.
 
Another Update:
I acknowledge that the other thread may have a solution to solve your dlc issues... however:

Sony have advised me today that they are still working on a solution to the duplicate dlc car issue.
