Yes you can, I swapped a 500gb into my PS3 before it messed up. I cleared my data when the video card wasn't glitching, but at least I still got my GT6 data & tunes written down.

I quite like the Genesis. It seems to have just as much grip as the Z8, but has a lot less wheel spin, so it is more controllable.
