Hi all, first ive tried searching for this topic but to no avail. Im trying to figure out how to properly set my Z06 up for the drifting purposes only. I am using the D-pad controller for now until i can afford the very expensive wheel.

But anyways, i have tinkered around trying to set my corvette up many different ways to no avail. The car either "washes out" mid drift or is "tail-snapping" like many people complained about in GT4.:grumpy:

Thanks in advance for any help.....

I also need help for my BMW m3/ferrari f430(ive heard these are ok drift cars)

try using n3 tires and from there just practice thats all the advise anyone can give you that will help

Start with the stock Z06 - its fairly predictable and has bulk power anyway. Once you can hold a drift with that, then fiddle with it. A lot of people who attempt to "tune" the suspension make it worse, myself included... :D

Everything stock, steering angle 50, driving aids (except ABS) off, N1 tires back and front.

That's all you need.

Also, you shouldn't try to tune a car if you can't control it. Instead of trying to tune the car for you, you yourself should get used to the car. Learn how to drift stock...it's the most rewarding way.

I use the steering angle 50 and S1 tires to drift. I don't like to use any tire under the N3, with the N3 or S1 you can drift without a problem and stills have control of the car.
Just what i think.

Wierd. I drift my tuned Z06 in my race setup on any tires. The stock one is way harder to drift right though as it does everything you say and I haven't really given it much tune time.
