I had this message when i glitched wheels with cars bought from a previous version.

I'm affraid theres nothing you can do if its not a DLC problem.
You need to buy them again.
You always need to buy the cars at the latest version or you get this message when you get at the latest version. I dont know really how to explain it in better words.
Its like dont go back at version 1.08, buy cars and get at version 2.07.
You need to buy cars at 2.07, or any further updates, then roll back, do your stuff then get back to 2.07.

Do NOT buy the DLC again (unless you've reached your redownload limit for that item - assuming there is one).

I've had to do this twice after deleting the patches. All you have to do is:
1. Go to the PSN tab on the XMB
2. Navigate to Account Management>Transaction Management>Download List
3. Scroll through your downloads and find the DLC you've downloaded.

The Racing Car Pack, Paint Pack, and Gear Pack don't need to be redownloaded - from my experience they should just show up again (I think they're attached to your save instead of game data).

Firstly thankz for reply,s. There is no install cars button. In the options there is an option to reinstall data. Doesnt work for reinstalling cars. And have bought the spa dlc and because iv bought it. It wont let me reinstall it...... Thanks for help and comments any other help would be appreciated

If you go to the PS store online and look in your downloaded items list you can click on the packs you bought to download them again.

Then when you load GT5 hit the red DLC button and you'll be good to go.

It's not in the options, its on the main screen, where you choose GT Mode or Arcade or whatever. You'll see an icon with an arrow on it, select it, and you'll see what you've purchased. When you get there, you'll be able to re-install cars, tracks, whatever; you bought.
