Good god, this has turned into the dating forum. Should i post Dr.Phils' e-mail or something! Jeebus! Two or three dating threads was enough but it's like BAM they're all over the place!

I couldn't agree more.

Don't people posting these threads agree somewhat that THEY (with full knowledge of the situation) know more than we, in most cases, thousands of miles away, could ever grasp? Can't people figure these things out for themselves?

Let me hint you onto something...A lot of the time, when a girl says she likes you as a "brother", typically I can mean a lot more sometimes!
Now, she might look to you like a brother, she may not. But the best and only way to find out is if you just flat out tell her how you feel and ask her how she feels-and ask for an honest answer. I know it might be painful to do so, but if you ask her this yourself, she'll most likely gain more respect for you if she's smart. If you have enough courage to tell somebody the way you feel up-front, respect should always be given. On a personal note, that's why I hate it when my friends tell somebody how I feel, instead of me being the one to say so. I feel like a coward.

But whichever way helps for you, let it be that.

I hope I can help more. And good luck.

ASHLEY!!! Why didn't you just tell me that??????? I honestly didnt know you felt that way!!! Friends are supposed to tell each other these things!!!
And halfracedrift, Just tell her. Remember, girls admire courage!!! ;)

Is it just me, or did I start a new trend?

Unfortunately, yes, you did.:irked:

I'm starting to think there's a lot more girls here than we previously thought. A lot of these "guys" need to tell the truth.

My one bit of advice is that you just keep rolling with it, be nicer (if at aqll possible) to her in every way, and after about a month or two, make your move.

Well, you just kept giving him subtle hints even though I really didn't want you to. :( I didn't want to make it look like I was trying to "keep you out of the situation" because I knew you wanted to talk to him. And I didn't mind that. I was just extra scared you were going to start letting him on to something.
I think it's quite obvious that he knows, so it's nothing to argue about as it is. Don't worry.
Just out of curisoity, what did you tell him?

Josh...do you even have the slightest clue as to who we're talking about?

If it's the same person who you were talking about in that thread you started, yes. If not, no.

He knows. Trust me.
