I have done a search and have not found the specifics on how to do this safely. I have tried doing the ticket opening the "right" way and have not gotten some of the cars that I really want. After much trading to get the same tickets I have gotten to a point where I want to reload a ticket if I don't get the car I want the first time through. I have accomplished and obtained just about everything that I want in GT5, so I don't want to take any chances of losing it all. I do have my data backed up on a USB. Can someone walk me through step by step how to reload a ticket? Do I need to exit the game each time I go to reload? Thanks in advance for any replies.

1. Receive ticket
2. Save Game to USB
3. Return to game
4. Open Ticket
5. Don't like it? - Go back to USB and overwrite savedata
6. Repeat steps 3-5 until you get the car.
7. ??????
8. Profit.

EDIT: If you do an Advanced Search and limit the results to thread titles and GT5 Q&A you'll get better results. It's good to remember that the search function only works with words that are 4 letters or more. :)

You can add another factor which would be duping the car. First, create another PSN account and activiate it's garage by buying a car. Go back to PSN account that has the ticket and do all of the above post first as far as saving it to a Flash Drive. Go back and open the ticket, if you like the car but think you'll get a better car then gift that car to your other PSN account (duping) then back out of the game, reload your Game Save and then see what your new ticket has in store for you. Don't like go back and reload the game save and try again. Like the car then keep it. After 24 hours go back to your other PSN account and gift the original car back to yourself. Now you've gotten two cars for the price of 1 ticket.

OR send the ticket itself to the secondary account and do the refresh from there... then you can use the ticket once a day to send yourself another car. just be careful when backing up/restoring that you don't overwrite one account's game save with the other.

For me, it isn't always worth the effort. I reloaded a "Ticket 1000" repeatedly for over an hour one day and kept getting nothing but junk. But then once in a blue moon, you will be rewarded with a gem like a Pescaloro Judd with 0 miles. Just requires patience, I guess.

Before the 1.07 update ticket grinding was a piece of cake. Send a ticket 1000 to your alternate account everyday for like 2 weeks. Then every day you can open 14 tickets(or however many you desire) and send the best car you receive back to your main account. Due to the restrictions this technique is not as effective, but I figured I'd share anyways.
