The Intentions for this thread are as follows.

1. Post good, interesting to most members, posts.
2. No offensive commenting, because it's just opinions and memories.
3. Enjoi the history of the members here, and maybe you'll get something out of it. :D

Yes.. The guys on the Balcony rocked...

Wild Wild West - The movie blew... Speaking of Will Smith :

Bad Boys vs. Bad Boys II

the first movie was better imho

Anybody here remember MC Hammmer? My bro still has tapes of his :D. Unfortunately no cds for me to rip to add into my collection

I used to like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon when I was little, but I have grown out of that.

How about Edward Scissorhands?

Creepy/interesting. The acting was quite different for it's time. (The new Turtles cartoons suck. It's the classic stuff I like.)

Charles Barkley, when he played for the Suns

I used to have a game for my SNES called "Charles Barkley: Shut Up And Dunk"

Barkley was a good guy.

Not the movie..The series.

Robert Conrad was the actor I think. Probably before your time though.

M.A.S.H. rocks... Alan Alda has never been / never will be, playing a better part...

Sorry.. We never got "Wild Wild West" the series over here.. How old are you anyway :D

Do you remember the book depository where they crowned the king of Cuba?
Sure! I also remember that Martin X was mad when they outlawed bell bottoms, and ten years later they were sharing the same cell.

Back to topic.
What? Sure, it was before my time (by about 40 years), but it's still history! We've got a few old folks around here who'd remember that stuff. ;)

Sage, did you read how the thread was supposed to run? How is anyone going to reply to what you said? Please make note of my example on how the thread should go. I did not intend a rude remark towards what you said, and yes I do understand how people older than I have memories of their own. It's just I wanted a topic to respond to, not your thoughts, if you get where I'm going with this. Follow my lead:

Gargoyles rocked as a cartoon, and it's a shame that you can only get it now if you have the right TV channels.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

haha, the chipmunks were cool...then all of a sudden by the time i hit grade 5, i wanted to see them dead for some reason :p. Now that i look back on it, it was a cool show and I still watch it on occasion :)

Anybody remember pogs?

Damn pogs were cool in 95 or 96 that's when i was in jr high but like every fad it died i think those tomachiy's things came after them.

@toyo - great thread man....but are there enough people in the board old enough to actually remember some of this stuff?

@ 18 years old, some of the stuff i'm mentioning is making me feel oooooold :p

I still have my pogs, over 5000 of them, majority of them worth something now. :D

G.I.Joe's

Great cartoon. It always had a good life lesson at the end.I still have a bunch of the action figures.

And... what's your memory?

God, you are such a ****ing douche. My memory is owning the game. Isn't that obvious?

Anybody remember when toyomatt wasn't here to piss and moan every time his thread didn't go exactly the way he wanted it to?
