Remote V8 Vantage Races - Winnable?

In the list of remote races to host, you've got a Calsonic GT-R, a Camry NASCAR and a V8 Vantage. I haven't tried the GT-R but racing with the Camry puts you in a fair field of other NASCAR vehicles. Now when you try the V8 Vantage, the other Bobs get an LFA, 458, etc. Hardly fair at all! Is this an impossible race to host and win? Even with a level 38 Bob, the LFA (being driven by a level 11 Bob) overtook the Vantage and left it for dust. As the race continues, the Vantage gets more and more behind until there's no point continuing anymore. So is there some sort of trick to this or is this just a race that can't be won?
 
Maybe with your L40 Bob against L0 Bobs? But I noticed it too, Aston always finishes dead last...
 
I just started a 15 car race at Monza and my B-Spec is in a Corvette Z06. Random much? :boggled:
 
I was trying to figure out why they indicate the car on the races when you don't always get it.
Right now I am running the Vantage V8 race, as the host, and it put my guy in the Czieta VT. There is an Aston in the race (dead last) being driven by one of my friend's drivers that I choose to include.
 
My level 38 Bob is doing the longest Super GT race you can select, the only Bobs I could find to race against are all lower levels. He's in the SC430, in front of him are two NSX's and a Supra. The NSX's being probably the best Super GT machine out of the four manufacturers, and I always thought the SC430 was the worst... Oh well, up to third now, and sticking to the others like glue.

Edit: This is actually quite fun.
 
Had a lambo 560, which bob won just from the VW w12.

Hopefully, will awaken to fund a nice tidy sum in each drivers fund. Currently 3 wins out of 4 with my level 40 bob, not sure about the others, which are whoring themselves! Romping the Gt races.
 
are you able to post the rewards? not sure if this is worth me doing. i was quite happy never to touch b spec after getting lvl 40.
