Why is it that everytime I enter into a page, it never finishes loading. That blue bar can stay there forever. It has been happening like for the last hour.

In regards to your question, if you're truly on dial-up you might be experiencing some of the severe slow-downs that kind of connection is submitted to. I'm on dial-up and I've had my fair share of crappy connections so I can relate to that.
Indeed. Please post threads in their respective forums. Otherwise we mods have to move them, and then we get annoyed.
So, are you missing anything from the page? Or does everything appear? If it's the latter, it's probably an image somewhere, hosted on a remote server that isn't responding.
