I'm quite tired at the moment - dang LA time zone - but I'm sure I'd have remembered slipping through a time hole to where it's now next year.
They've been showing off the pre-production models, model production starts in 2026..., can change to 2025 if you want?

I know both of those things. One of them is slightly more relevant than the other.

We don't allow future cars because they are in effect fictional (I've seen a car cancelled a couple of weeks before it was due), and we don't allow fictional cars.

can change to 2025 if you want?
It's not a production car available in 2025, so that wouldn't be appropriate.

It would need another word adding per the instructions in the pinned thread about thread titles in this forum in addition to changing the year to one that isn't in the future.

Or removing and waiting until it is actually a production car available in 2026, in 2026, and then posting it.

Or both.

You've done one, but not the other.

need another word adding? what... what do you mean?

The pinned thread explains everything and is pinned so it's easy to find and people can look it up themselves and do it right, and we can avoid this exact sort of conversation.

Make: Renault
Model: Twingo
Trim: E-Tech
Year: 2025
Which would be fine if it was a production road car made in 2025. As you already pointed out, it isn't.

Being that it isn't, it needs to adhere to the standards of a different category. Only one fits...

Start at the sentence that begins: "Cars that do not yet exist in production form"...
