Req. 400m Wrx Spec C settings

Well I've looked everywhere, including through the search function and well I can't find any settings for this car and purpose.. so far my fastest 400m time is 8.170 and well, like everyone else I guess, I wish to go faster lol. So if you have a faster Spec C, please post settings.
