Have you tried increasing the stiffness on your rear anti-roll bar, and reducing it in front? This is usually the easiest way to counterract understeer. It may take some trial and error to get the settings right. If that doesn't help, or doesn't help enough, you may just have more power than the car can handle. Consider adding some balast to the front end to increase grip in the front tires.

Well I was aware of that... I doubt the differences in the cars are great enough to make the suggested settings invalid or even dimished in relevant value.

I could change the name at the top of those tune settings to Motorsport and I swear you wouldn't be the wiser.

I think the Motorsport just has a bit more power... maybe lighter?
You could easily tweak for that... or even more possible, you wouldn't have to. I'm sure it'd handle great with the link I gave...
But if you want to whip something up, I'm not going to stop you lol.

Good luck.

As for timing you, just incase you were serious... subtract the time of your first post from the time of your second.

I think it is about 1 hour, but to be honest, I had almost these exact racing tire settings first guess, just a little camber and damper dialing. The beaut is superbly balanced with throttle oversteer, although the sport tire tune is a little more...intense, and I still couldn't pull less than 7 seconds on the racing medium tune, altogether very nice though. This car should easily outrun heavier cars on sufficiently technical courses. It did 1'15.869 at Deep Forest on racing mediums.
The car was tuned with all available modifications including frame stiffener, rims and add on wing (even though it had one). The blue numbers were set on sport softs.

brakes 3/3 10/10
springs 9.7/9.9 9.0/9.5
height 91/91 95/95
bound 6/6 5/4
rebound 7/7 6/5
camber 2.8/1.7 3.0/1.9
stabilizer 3/3
asm/o 0
asm/u 0
tcs 2
downforce 30/35
lsd 10/40/20
enjoy

By the way, the Motorsport, as the name implies, is supposed to be a "hopped up" version of the basic elise, the most visual of these being the carbon rims and airfoil. The rims alone would significantly change the unsprung weight which should completely alter the suspension dynamic.
