Is there a way to reset cars to their original purchased condition?

does this remove all the engine upgrades turbo and everything?

I want the car to be like I just bought it from the showroom.

Permanent engine damage sets in around 1,500 miles I think, even a engine overhaul won't get it back to the way it was.

An engine and chassis overhaul will leave any upgrade untouched my friend. 👍 Fear not, for the only modification that will remove any of those upgrades is the Racing Modification option.

Exhaust, inlet, transmission, and suspension parts are all optional. You can use them on the car or you can remove them, you can go back and forth. As mentioned above engine and chassis mods are permanent and can not be reversed, neither can "racing mods" be reveresed on the cars you can modify. Aero parts are permanent.

You can take off aero parts in GT auto

Still, it would be nice to leave the cars in their tip top shape permanently.

I do enjoy to keep my NASCARS at 905hp (The highest I have been able to take it).

But if some HP is to be eventually lost, I suppose 50hp less at the most, will not affect significantly the car. Still, I do actually have the habit of restoring the engine and chassis every time once the car has surpassed the 300km of use, just to insure it stays in tip top shape.

The used ones from the UCD? Meh, I suppose having 1-10 hp less is no biggie to me, but a small biggie I could do without.

Not that early, I have several cars with over 5,000 miles and not lost 1 bhp, you must oil change regular to maintain this though. The first one i noticed a loss was bobs X2010 dropped to 1555 losing 2 bhp at aproximately 11,000 miles.

This is unfortunate. I want the car to have everything removed and reset to how the car would be if I just bought a new one.

I guess I'll just have to re-buy the cars again:(

no, it not possible after an upgrade o engine's stage

engine replacements will be coming in a patch soon

hopefully

Now we just need engine swaps. I need my 280z to have an LS1 or an RB26 NAOW!
