Resetting car settings... How ?

I know this has probably been covered before, but I'm asking anyways I have completely Fuct'd my Trueno playing around with it on dirt trying to max my sliding ability.. And now the car completely blows.. Is there a way to reset the settings for the suspension et al... ?....

go into the change parts menu in "settings", click on the full custom susp. to change it and it should go back to its default settings
same with the gearbox too
