Ah. You do pose an interesting question! but way more hard to confirm. You'd need to try and redeem an EU stealth car code through an US account to confirm, risking your one-time code in the process.
 
I'd like to add one question. Am I able to give away a stealth car I got by redeem-code-DLC?

As many, I have several accounts in my PS3 ("Hun200kmh" and "GTP_Hun" being just two of them). Now I have my stealth car in all accounts, so I'd like to give it to a friend, using to do it an account I don't care much about. Can I do it? Will it in any way affect the presence of the car in the other accounts?

Any info on this would be appreciated! :)
 
I pre-ordered mine from amazon, and I know someone in here said that the redeem codes for it were in the "driver's manual." I checked in there, and wasn't able to find anything. Can you be more specific? Thanks.

I got the CE. The chromeline cars code was in a sheet in the game case, behind the game manual.
For the stealth bonus car you should be getting an email, or you can call them up or chat to get it.

Based on this thread, I understand that if I have 2 (or more) accounts in the same region (say region 3), if I download any DLC stealth cars, the stealth cars will appear in ALL of the region 3 accounts.

My question is - if I only have a single account now and I download the stealth cars, subsequently, if I create another region 3 account AFTER downloading the DLC stealth cars, would the stealth cars still appear in the newly created region 3 account?

Yes - based on what happens if you do the birthday glitch, you will get the stealth/chromline even if you create the sub account later.

The 2 us codes I downloaded show up on my regular and euro account. But the codes I downloaded for my euro account DOESN'T show up on either. I went to playstation store>dowload history>and the cars are there, says they're downloaded, but do not appear in either psn account? Any tips?
