UPDATE 5-3-06
M3 Blurring

One of my first shots to look like this, I spent alot of time and done a few little versions. Went with a realistic tone on these. Gotta keep practicing though.

Please let me know what you guys think!!!!

Looks good. You should try adding some noise on the road to add some texture.
I tried doing that but it just looked as if the noise was laying on top of the road, it didnt look to give it any texture. I still haven't figured that technique out yet. Thanks for the comments Krame 👍!

:D Very nice update man, the blur effect is fantastic! maybe the road could do with a little noise, but it doesn't take anything away from the pics thought. My fave of the three are the second, and the third. I particularly like the lighter look of the third. Great stuff mate, keep 'em coming! :dopey:

I like them all, but my favourite is the last one, looks more shiny and bright, I like that. Congrats, U have made (again) great pics:)

You are getting there 👍
I think if you add noise, you should try to use higher value of blur
so those lines can stand out
also you may want to consider to blur the road in higher value
while the track side object is lower value
that means blurring the background in 2 different layers
hope you know what I mean

Thanks alot for all the kind comments and tips guys :tup!! I'm keeping tabs on all these tips and am gonna keep pounding it out until I get it right!! I'm not releasing another blurred update until I am able bring an update that is clearly better than this one. Hopefully that won't be too long ! Thanks again everyone !

Thanks alot vonie:tup:! Heres another attempt, the photo itself wasn't the greatest to work with but I think it came out alright.

Comments always appreciated!!!!

I think that U have done a great job!! The camera is so good, and U have used the blur effect really well. That RUF is going sooooo fast:) Keep up!!

its a good pic, but its too soft for a background. i like sharp pics for that.. i like the exhaust though 👍 nice slideshow pic in my opinion :D

Thanks guys!!! Yea, I agree with a bit much blur/softness, but the original pic was so bad blurring and softness was alot better than spending 2-3 hours cleaning up the pic. I'm gonna try and go with a much sharper and crisper style next time.

Hey! Personally, I like it! Soft or not, the angle is great, and the RUF looks really menacing. You definitely captured the best side of the car! The road could do with a little more noise, but it looks good with the softness you have. Nice interpretation. Keep 'em coming! :dopey:

I really like the pics, But as some ppl said, it is just a tad soft. I think you did a great job with the blurring:tup: Can't wait to see what you have comming up next.

Thanks guys for the comments, I went ahead and threw in another M3 shot instead of making a whole new "update" about it! Thanks again for everyone checking out the pics 👍!
