do you remember in gt3 that some of the reverse track hade different time off days settings.like tokyo reverse was like foggy.i throught this was kinda cool and hope thay bring it back for gt4.sumtimes makes u feel like ur on another course

I hate to do this to you - ok I don't hate it, I kind of enjoy it - but you really need to work on your language skills.

Yes, it would be fun to see different time settings for tracks. However, It would be better if GT4 used the time set on your PS2 to display corresponding time of day during the race you're running. With internet access it could even get accurate weather for the location you're racing in. You'd be hard pressed to find a better simulator than that! (:

In due time, this would most likely happen.

I was never a huge fan of reverse tracks, alwas thought they were a cheap way to get a 'new' track. Plus i had real problems with R246 II when I first raced on it...but we'll ignore that.

It's certainly more interesting if they set the reverse tracks at a different time of day...at least then you can pretend you're on a different track.

I know what you're talking about Hally. But here's an alternative situation which I think should happen. I think instead of different times of day just for racing in reverse, why not mix up weather conditions for a race. LoudMusic made a pretty nice point in Post #2. In fact, with my copy of NCAA Football 2004, I can play a football game either 11 AM or 11 PM. One time, my clock was on 7 AM! Who wants to play college football at 7 AM? By this time, you're either getting up, having breakfast, or waking up after partying your butt off at a fraternity/sorority party.

But I think being able to playing a track at a time from your system clock (PS2 in this case), would be a better option. Speaking of time, don't forget to set your clocks BACK one hour as Daylight Savings Time is coming to a close for 2004.

Why doesn't it feel like a real track? It's the complete other direction meaning that you will take turns differently. Going into the turn, braking (if neccesary) and exiting.

Racing a track in reverse presents a special challenge. That challenge is being able to not only race the track in reverse, but also adjust to a new situation. Because if you know the track in a normal direction, you must learn it from the other way around. Think of learning a track normal and reverse as totally MASTERING a track. And if you aren't good, that's why we have practice.

So there you have it.
