I'll get to the others later, but this is the majority of tier 1 cars, minus some exceptions like the RX8 that have their own particular tyres. I've stripped the list down to a mix of things that change a great deal as you advance through tiers and tyres and things that are actually relevant to driving - so stuff like tyre wear rates, ai adjustments, other values that are common between a lot of tyres (did you want to know that there is a 5 degree difference in ideal operating temperature between some tyres? well, there is. now you know) aren't here.
*** IMPORTANT THINGY ***
Tyre behaviour relates to the 3d model. A lot of values you might usually see in Gmotor2 to do with the radius and width of the tyre aren't there anymore. Why? They're not abstracted in the physics engine anymore, they're measured on the 3d model of the tyre. So the toyota corolla's use of those numbers is fundamentally different than the veyron's, even accounting for the different values, since the 3d model of the tyres is itself smaller and skinnier. I am working on an easy way to get this out of 3dsimed without having to load every single car and tyre first...

Upgrades are a bit strange - some values seem to get increased, some decreased as the upgrades progress. I'm listing those as a decline until I find out otherwise...
DryLatLong= Lateral/longitudinal coefficients in dry weather
DrySlide= sliding coefficient in dry weather
CorneringStiffness= Base Cornering stiffness (N/rad)
BrakingStiffness= Base Braking stiffness (N)
SelfAligningStiffness= Self aligning stiffness (Nm/rad)
SpringBase= Base spring rate with no pressure ( 1050lb/in @ 170kpsi)
SpringkPa= Spring rate per unit pressure
Damper= Damping rate of tire
SpeedEffects= Speed at which grip drops to half (m/s, 0.0 to disable), speed load equivalency
LoadSens= Load sensitivity of tire (initial slope, final grip multiplier, final load)
LatPeak= Slip range where lateral peak force occurs depending on load
LongPeak= Slip range where longitudinal peak force occurs depending on load
RollingResistance= Resistance torque (Nm) per unit deflection (m) on ground
OptimumPressureBase= Base pressure to remain flat on ground at zero deflection
OptimumPressureMult= Multiplier by load to stay flat on ground
GripTempPress= Grip effects of being below temp, above temp, and off-pressure (higher number -> faster grip dropoff)
